About Us

Jerry's Appliance is a small, family owned and operated appliance business in the Taftville section of Norwich. We service and sell all major brands and types of appliances, including refurbished. Timmy's grandfather, Jerry Allain, started this business in 1972 and we have been serving New London County and beyond ever since. Our business was built on honesty, integrity, loyalty, and pride. Because we are small we can give our customers the personal service that can't be found in the larger stores, while remaining competitive on price.

Jerry's has been creating a niche in serving not only individuals, but multi-family property owners and non-profit organizations. Our Technicians

Timmy Allain - Owner and operator of Jerry's. Timmy has been working on appliances almost from the time he started walking! He is the third generation to own the store and brings a vast knowledge of the latest and greatest in appliance repair. If Timmy can't fix it, nobody can!

Mitch Watson - Mitch is a skilled appliance technician with more than 5 years’ experience. Mitch started at Jerry’s Appliance in 2023 and quickly became a team leader.

Mitch specializes in diagnosing and repairing most major brands of household appliances, refrigerators, laundry, gas and electric ranges. Mitch is committed to providing the most efficient and high-quality repairs. One of Mitch’s greatest qualities is his customer service and attention to detail. Mitch enjoys dirt biking and spending time outdoors with his wife in his free time.
